Free Services - Introductory Document Library
As a public service we will post your current month Board meeting minutes, for free. Since most communities already prepare these reports on computer using Microsoft Word, this can be accomplished by simply attaching a copy of the document to an email to us. Contact Us for details Jim@hometic.com
For municipalities already posting minutes and reports on their own site we will provide free hotlinks to them on the HomeTown Information Center site to help community members connect to you.
Economical Document Hosting
Municipalities interested in posting additional documents, reports, local laws, regulations, input forms, applications, etc. may take advantage of our economical hosting services. We will work with you to digitize information at your location for posting where needed.
We offer archive maintenance to provide ongoing access to these reports by board members and the community.
The low cost and ease of providing online access to municipal information makes this service a must have for every municipality.
Level I Municipal Document Hosting Package $200 setup + $65/month
We will set up and host a document library site to provide online access for up to 5 monthly reports. Archived reports will be maintained for 1 year. Documents may be uploaded directly or sent as an attachment to an email and we will upload for you. Links from our local HomeTown Information Center provides easy access for your community members. Includes onsite training where needed.
