Zoning Board of Appeals  2007

The Sardinia Zoning Board of Appeals voted to grant a special hardship variance to Gernatt Gravel to allow mining at the Gabel/Thomas site in Chaffee. This reversed the long standing position by the Town Zoning that prohibited mining in that area.
